The Institute for Peace and Development (ipades) opens a call to hire, under a remote or hybrid modality, a Costa Rican consultant or a foreign national with a valid work permit, to assume the following roles:
• Executive Direction of the institution
• General coordination of active strategic projects
• Supervision of technical teams and operational planning
• Institutional representation and engagement with donors and key stakeholders
The selected consultant works closely with the technical team to implement the 2025–2030 Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI), ensuring alignment between programmatic actions, territorial operations, and organizational sustainability.
Consultancy duration: 12 months (October 2024 – September 2025)
