ipades Democratic Security and Peace Program promotes a comprehensive peace environment through research and training projects. It focuses on strengthening democratic institutions and multi-level security from the perspective of nonviolent civic struggle and the use of alternative methods for conflict transformation.

The Human Rights and Justice Program defends and advocates for human rights and promotes justice in the region. It focuses on the five pillars of transitional justice, restorative justice, criminal and international justice, working to denounce violations and strengthening justice mechanisms at the regional and international levels.

The Liberty and Development Program promotes individual liberty and economic development. It fosters policies that promote attention to climate change and individual autonomy, creating sustainable economic opportunities with the help of state and private actors, and strengthening the socioeconomic growth of people in vulnerable conditions such as women, peasants, youth, migrants, refugees, LGBTI populations, and indigenous people.
