The Institute for Peace and Development (ipades) opens a call to contract, under a professional services arrangement, a Costa Rican consultant or a foreign national with a valid work permit, to provide technical support in institutional administration. The consultant will support the organization, monitoring, and management of administrative records related to the execution of ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities include:
• Organizing and maintaining updated physical and digital administrative archives
• Systematizing key documents such as contracts, invoices, timelines, and forms
• Supporting document workflows for audits and internal reports
• Coordinating with the finance and operations teams
• Producing monthly reports and providing cross-project administrative support as needed

This consultancy contributes directly to the strategic goals of active projects, with emphasis on Project 01-2024, and is coordinated closely with the Finance Department and Administrative Direction.

Duration of consultancy: 12 months (October 2024 – September 2025)
