The Institute for Peace and Development (ipades) is inviting proposals to engage, on a remote or hybrid basis, a registered Costa Rican accounting firm—led by at least one Certified Public Accountant (CPI) and authorized to issue electronic invoices—to provide monthly services including:
• Comprehensive institutional accounting management
• Budget preparation and control advisory for projects
• Compliance with tax obligations before the Ministry of Finance, the CCSS, and other authorities
• Preparation of financial statements and periodic reports
The selected firm will work in close coordination with ipades’s Administrative and Executive Directorates, ensuring transparency and soundness in our financial and tax management.
Consultancy duration: 12 months (including a 3-month probationary period; renewals every four or six months).
